1. Autonomous and controllable grinding process software

We have developed software packages for diamond cutting tools, alloy rotary cutting tools (milling cutters, drill bits, stairs, drill taps, and reamers, etc.), non-standard alloy cutting tools, and standard alloy cutting blades through functional integration. These packages have been successfully applied to the diamond tool grinding machine and alloy tool grinding equipment produced by Deminna Company.

2. Online dressing and cleaning of grinding wheels is a necessary condition for achieving automation due to the rapid changes in the surface condition and size of the grinding wheel caused by diamond tool grinding. 3. Online probe and image measurement

Demingna's dedicated tool grinding business has always faced problems with a wide variety of tool varieties and small to medium batch production. By detecting three points on the composite pieces and calculating their spatial position or orientation, the uniformity of the cutting edge can be ensured during the grinding process. When grinding diamond cutting tools, the size of the grinding wheel changes rapidly due to wear, and the material is too hard, causing tool yielding and serious dimensional deviation. The operator needs to visually inspect and adjust the cross worktable immediately before grinding.

4. Automated loading and unloading of robotic arms

The grinding machine developed by Deminna is becoming increasingly mature in use, and customers' requirements for automatic loading and unloading are becoming more and more clear. In an environment where labor skills are declining and labor costs are rising, Deminna Company has accelerated the research and development of robotic arms for automatic loading and unloading.
